Christopher Kuhlke,

Founder and President 

​

Chris has been at the helm of Kultera’s growth since 2007. His technical expertise and vast experience in both telecom and financial services enable him to assess and recommend the most targeted, innovative and cost-effective solutions so that business gets done more efficiently. Evidence of his success and dedication can be found in every Kultera client.

An outstanding technical project manager and system architect, Chris is also proficient in a number of programming languages and tools such as: Microsoft Visual Studio with C Sharp and JavaScript; Microsoft Business Intelligence products SQL Server RDBMS, Integration Services, Analysis Services and Reporting Services; and location-based, business-mapping systems.

Prior to Kultera, Chris did systems design, analysis and development at FAI Consulting, TSI, Random House Publishing, and AIL Systems. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Farmingdale with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

William H. Hiller,

CEO

​

Serving as CEO since 2012, Bill manages Kultera’s business and client operations. A proven leader with a track record of success, he previously served as chairman of the board and CEO at Nextcarrier Telecom and was founder and CEO of PilotHSA Systems, a technology platform focused on the HSA marketplace. Bill also served as managing director of Emerging Technologies for the Southeast region of Arthur Andersen. To date, he has provided services to approximately 50 early-stage companies, including Interland, Sageworks, E-Company Store, Copper River, Realm Technology, Taco Mac, CryoLife, ProNvest and Sprout.

An entrepreneur at heart, Bill has successfully founded four other companies in addition to PilotHSA Systems: Capella Systems, FTP Services, Comverge and Hygieia Sciences. In total, he has been involved in creating, developing and introducing over 70 products and services to the marketplace. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences,  advanced degrees in Geology and an MBA.
